Pitta Season Ayurvedic Mask

​2 tablespoons chickpea flour

1/4 teaspoon Triphala powder

1/8 teaspoon Tumeric

1/4 teaspoon dried neem or mint leaves

1 teaspoon water


Vata:1-2 tablespoons of ripe avocado mashed

Pitta:1-2 tablespoons of cucumber mashed

Kapha:1-2 tablespoons of ripe papaya


Mix the ingredients into a paste (add more water if necessary) and apply to the skin 1-2 times per week for 5-10 minutes before rinsing.​
