Yoga Basics
This class is designed for newer students or those wanting to practice foundational postures. Yoga Basics offers the use of props, modifications, and alternative postures to ensure you experience the many benefits of yoga in a way that is, well… gentle and easily understood by all!!!


Hot Yoga
A Hot Yoga class is a dynamic combination of strength, sweat and spirit. This yoga class is mentally and physically intense, as well as demanding and detoxifying.  This is a challenging and flowing form of yoga that will lead you to a state of transformation.  Hot Yoga will not only sculpt, tone and hone the muscles of your body but it will also engage your mind and stimulate your senses.  Through the use of modifications and variations, this class is appropriate for all levels!  Get ready to take your practice seriously, but yourself lightly, as you explore your edge, discover your strength and awaken your spirit.


Remember to bring a towel and water!!!!


Spice of Life Yoga
Our signature Spice of Life Yoga class is created from student requests, thus each class is always a unique blend.  This is your​ class - it is structured to include precise instruction, alignment with breath, and fluid movement.  Modifications are offered to customize the practice to meet your needs and accomplish your goals.  These classes are carefully designed to deepen your experience of yoga.   


Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow is a mindful, slowly paced yoga class that incorporates conscious flowing of breath with movement of body. This class is appropriate for beginners as well as those with experience. Slow Flow Yoga is a welcome change for students who like a fast-flowing, more intermediate / advanced level class. It includes attention to detail on breath and alignment, focused and gentle opening of the body and spine, foundational yoga postures and sun salutations as well as some longer holds for increased strength.


Yoga Deconstructed
Ever been curious about a pose?  Curious about what preparatory poses you need to go through to get safely into a pose?  If so, this class is for you!  This class focuses on the poses that will safely get you to where you want to go. 


Deep Stretch Yoga

Deep Stretch Yoga is a 45-minute long very gentle yin yoga class, where asanas are performed on the floor and are held for an extended period of time. This form of yoga helps to improve flexibility, and through the longer holds we move beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue, the fascia of the body - it's a great class for all levels of yogis and is perfect for athletes! Yin yoga is designed to literally open the body up, helping to shave away layers of stress, injury, and tension that reside within.‬


Quiet Flow Yoga
This class is a meditative flow that practices slowing down by using a slow steady breath, holding postures, transitioning smoothly, and opening gently and mindfully with the ability to move deeper into one’s
body and self. It’s a practice that builds strength, and each movement is initiated by slow controlled inhales and exhales. The more one is encouraged to lengthen and smooth out the inhale, the more the lungs
stretch, the nervous system calms, the body begins to lengthen.


When we take time, our nervous systems relax, our minds slow down, our muscles become supple, our breath deepens – our inner chemistry shifts towards a biological balance, which one experiences as peace, tranquility, relaxation, emerging bliss.

PiYo

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.


Summer Body Mat Pilates
Pilates is a series of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the entire body. The fusion of strength and flexibility exercises reduces stress, improves posture and creates long, lean muscles.  Mat Pilates incorporates a balanced approach ensuring that no muscle group is overworked, eliminating all fear of "bulking up".  This class will emphasize toning those parts of the body that are exposed in the Summer!  Exercise your mind, strengthen your core and firm your body in this class!


Yogalates    
This class combines the balance and inner strength of yoga with the muscle lengthening and core work of pilates.  Two classes in one! Yogalates offers the use of props such as yoga blocks, pilates rings and hand weights. This class doesn't miss a muscle. You'll become stronger both inside and out, all while having fun!
 
Cardio Spice
This cardio class is about building strength and stamina while toning the body. Cardio Spice will fire up your large muscle groups so that your metabolism will burn, burn, burn.  Be prepared to laugh, sweat and accomplish things you never thought possible.


HIT
Want to take your exercise routine to a new level?  If so, try our HIT (High Intensity Toning) Class.  This super efficient class will burn fat and develop muscle tone in a shorter period of time on the mat.  We will alternate between intense bursts of activity, to periods of less-intense activity, designed to maximize fat burning while sculpting the body's muscles.


HIT-C
Want to take your exercise routine to a new level?  If so, try our HIT (High Intensity Toning) Class.  This super efficient class will burn fat and develop muscle tone in a shorter period of time on the mat.  We will alternate between intense bursts of activity, to periods of less-intense activity, designed to maximize fat burning while sculpting the body's muscles.  The "C" stands for an emphasis in the toning and the strengthening of your CORE.


Spice of Life Barre Classes 
You will love our barre classes. Each exercise is thoughtfully and purposefully placed in the class exercise order to optimize the ability to burn fat, sculpt the body, and build long, lean muscles. At Spice of Life Yoga in your Spicy Barre Class, we use ballet barre leg sculpting exercises and amplify them. In addition to our leg contouring barre work weights are added to tone the arms and a stomach flattening abdominal series is included to challenge the core.

Our program is designed to strengthen the muscles by working to fatigue then stretch to lengthen and sculpt.
