Mondays​​

  • 4:30 - 5:30pm: Yogalates (1 hr)
  • 5:45 - 6:30pm:  HIT-C (45 minutes)
  • 5:30 - 6:30pm:  Spicy Barre (1 hr)
  • 7:15 - 8:30pm:  Yoga Deconstructed (1hr 15 minutes)


Tuesdays

  • 4:00 - 4:45pm:  HIT-C (45 minutes)
  • 4:00 - 4:45pm: Spicy Barre express class (45 minutes)
  • 5:00 - 5:45pm:  Deep Stretch Yoga (45 minutes)
  • 6:00 - 7pm:  Mat Pilates (1 hr) 
  • 7:15 - 8:15pm:  Spice of Life Yoga 


Wednesdays

  • 5:00 - 5:45pm: PiYo Express (45 minutes)
  • 5:00 - 5:45pm: Spicy Barre express class (45 minutes)
  • 6:00 - 7pm:  Yogalates (1 hr)
  • 7:15 - 8:30pm:  Spice of Life Yoga (1 hr 15 minutes)


Thursdays

  • 5:00 - 5:45pm: Spicy Barre express class (45 minutes)
  • 6:00 - 6:45pm:  HIT - C (45 minutes) 
  • ​7:00 - 8:15pm: Quiet Flow Yoga (1 hr 15 minutes) 
  • 7:15 - 8:15pm:  Hot Yoga (1 hr) 


Fridays

  • 8:30 – 9:15am:  HIT – C (45 minutes) 
  • 9:30 – 10:30am:  Yoga Basics (1 hr)

  • 10:15 – 11:15am:  Yogalates (1 hr)
  • 11:30 – 12:30pm:  Detox Appointments 


Sunday

  • 9:00 - 10:30am:  Slow Flow Yoga (1 hr 30 mins)
  • 6:00 – 7:00:  Hot Yoga (1 hr)
